"We enjoyed a fabulous one night stay at Haveners. Room 2 was luxurious with a large comfy bed, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bathroom with rain head shower. It was just perfect with views of the quayside and water. Lovely to sit and watch the little Polruan ferry coming and going. "Great location, good room, nice staff. Location - incredible. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there’s a gorgeous cafe on the way (SeaSpray). Pentire point, Fistral Beach Bar, The Stable (pizza) are all a 15/20 minute walk. Then the centre of the town is 30mins ish. Room - 8/10, the overall room was great but there were a few small details that stopped it being a 10/10, like the remote was dirty, the TV was old, the shower pressure was naff, the fridge didn’t turn on and the bathroom window...

"Food was excellent and service in the restaurant very good. The overall ambience was very pleasant. Our room was disappointing. It was small with no seat other than the bed. Wardrobe and drawer provision were inadequate even for a 2 night stay. The lack of parking is a serious problem with a 800 yard walk to pick up the car unacceptable to many of your guests, but it's a problem that won't go away."

"Very convient location in the town, next to large parking lot and parking included in room fee. Rooms are above a pub that serves tasty food and extensive beverages, plus you get to listen to the bass from the pub after you go up to your room. The breakfast was exceptional, cuppacino in place of coffee. My favority breakfast after 3 week of travel in England and 10 or so different inns."

We will definitely be returning for another relaxing stay with you. 5* * 2 very small points - 1. the windows need a clean in the pool to see the most amazing view 2. A mattress topper on the two single beds (pushed together) to cover the join. "

"A very comfortable hotel in a glorious location on the river at Fowey. Great river view from our room. Good continental breakfast with a paying option for a hot dish. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great few days. There is limited hotel parking which needs to be pre-booked in advance otherwise you have to park in one of the 2 main carparks. There is a bus service from the top car park which is at the top of a steep hill."

"Amazing place for family with younger children. Our children - 8,6& 2 loved their stay here. We swam every day, attempted crabbing, played in the playground and attended all of the activities put on by the den staff. Kids loved mocktail & jewellery making and they put on a great Easter egg hunt for the kids too. They also attended the den sessions and were happy each time. The rabbit feeding was also really lovely. Only complaint really is the restaurant. Breakfast is good but dinner/lunch has...
