"Admittedly we were too early for check-in however no check was made on our room, just come back after 3:00 pm. Our room was quite warm with a fan provided as the opening window was fairly small. However our stay was very pleasant."

"The receptionists at the hotel made us feel very welcome, even as we entered the premises. This was followed by being allocated a beautiful room and great breakfast and service from the staff. Quite frankly the service was faultless and i look forward to using the Park Plaza again."

"After two and a half weeks on the road Hart's was a breath of fresh air for my last night away from home. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. I especially enjoyed a quiet drink in the garden after dinner. Dinner and breakfast were great, expensive but, the quality of the food and the cooking justify's the cost. The only very minor issue is the lack of air conditioning in the room so it was on the warm side. However, I stayed during the tail end of a heat wave. I'm assuming that with normal UK temperatures everything would be OK. I would stay again without hesitation."
