"The room was dirty, multiple issues with the room, won’t be coming back here, or atleast with this host"

"The property was very clean and well located"

"Place was nice and clean perfect location. Would love to be back soon."

"Loved this place! It was conveniently close to really everything! The place was spacious my favorite was the kitchen area. Only thing I would say is the king size mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that we loved it!! Pool also right across from us it was wonderful. The beach a short 9 min walk or rent a golf cart and have some fun!"

"Amazing place, spectacular ocean view, very nice pools, close to everything you need around the beach, we would definitely return to this place."

"While the price was high, I loved the location- right on the beach. The staff were responsive, and check in and check out were easy. I recommended Southern Vacations to all of the family gathered in Destin for their next reunion."

"Had a wonderful time, the place was great. The host was wonderful. Just bring a fan. It’s a little warm. "

"We love the towels, so clean and white. Mattress excellent, good kitchen utensils. Big and great open area, rooms and bathrooms clean. Pool very clean, very quiet. Walking to the beach about 10 minutes and also the entrance to the beach is gated and secure. We really enjoy the place!!"

"The bed needs to be replaced it has a bend in it but overall the stay was awesome nice ocean view "
