"Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...

"Large comfy warm room with two armchairs and view over the front of hotel. Good food, generous portions, very interesting deserts. Ample parking"

"Good value for money, extremely clean and very friendly. There is a also crockery and microwave in the room so it's possible to eat in. The village pub does not do food, and the take away/ restaurants do not have good write ups. Recommend bringing a picnic. Breakfast was well cooked with local good quality ingredients. "

"Very good staff very helpful lovely rooms if I had 1 fault we couldn’t get the thermostat to work in the room to turn the heating up so the room was a little bit chilly "

"I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms."
