The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."

"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! "

When checking in, we were told that we booked a twin room instead of a double room, but our reservation clearly showed Queen bed. Front Desk Receptionists Freya, William and Jessi immediately somved it and upgraded us a a family suite with 2 floors. We really enjoyed our stay in Mangrove and recommend this hotel for people traveling to Sanya."

"Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools"
