The room and the facilities are lovely, good quality toiletries. However, the horizon lounge was an utter disappointment. It was very crowded and people struggled to find space to eat. During breakfast time it was also very busy, the food was not replenished in time. Coffee machines are not easy to use, you had to to wait for a maneuver of staff which took a while. This hotel is great for families with young kids because of the well equipped indoor playground and the pool.
