"Accommodation/rooms were spacious and fantastic but hotel was very understaffed in every area. Staff good but very stretched to the max which meant long waits for everything. Kids entertainment/kids club was horrendous. Absolutely nothing organised for kids aged between 6-12. Drinks not good. Manger in-charge of buffet/restaurant was fantastic. Went above and beyond when you needed something. Loved it that you could use the other HL hotels in the area with your all inclusive."
