"We have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay, there happened to be a baseball game at the nearby stadium. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. My opinion, hotel guess should not have to pay for parking at other locations. Our room was on the 15th floor and the sheets were like sleeping on a brown paper bag (very crunchy). First time...

"This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. It was clean and was a cute hotel. "

"This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring...

"The hotel was amazing! But what we did not like was the surrounding area, it did not feel safe. I would highly recommend this location and use uber to get back and forth to where you are going. The hotel was by far one of the most beautiful places I have seen. I would definitely stay here again. The pool area has so many accommodations! High recommended! "

"The stay was pretty nice. The room was pretty nice but it was a bit warm and the thermostat was programmed and couldn’t be changed manually. The elevator in the west bldg was hot and the hallways were too hot. The parking was overly expensive. I believe when you’re paying for the hotel the parking should never be that expensive. We had reservations for one type of room ahead of time then got stuck with what they had left which was not fair either."

"Very clean hotel and service was good. The only issue we had was finding out how to enter the hotel because the front entrance to lobby to load and unload was blocked off and we were in pouring rain."

"Parking here is not free with the hotel stay. Rooms are at least 300.00 if not more a room but you have to pay 42.00 to park. Then you leave parking lot to go site seeing and dinner come back and have to park even further away from hotel but still paying 42.00. Its not right."

"The pool wasn’t open! The baseboard was quite dirty in bathroom of 1109…staff was phenomenal!"
