We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right away (it wasn’t even 5 minutes) up to our room! They fixed the AC right away and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also very nice and quick to help us! We never complain so I felt really bad to cause them any trouble, but the Gil at the desk and our maintenance guy were so friendly and willing to help! The popcorn, pop, and other refreshments are a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again!
