The door to room was very hard to open. Had to hit it with shoulder. Then it wouldn't shut without pushing hard. Good thing there was not a fire . Breakfast was good. Convenient location.

She helped us change room and also helped us extend our stay by making us aware to utilize the Best Western rewards program. Breakfast was also decent. When I went to check in they didn't have a room for another hour. The room was not the cleanest, but it was ok enough to sleep for one night. The bathroom door did not shut. Overall, it was just ok.
