Not only was the room and facilities clean, well appointed and comfortable , the staff was friendly and helpful . We were there for a concert at The Factory and the hotel provided transportation to and from the concert. What a bonus!

This was a great stay, start to finish. From the friendly greeting at front desk, to the nice, clean, roomy accommodations. The all day fresh coffee on the lounge was great. AND the nice shuttle driver gave great round-trip service to an event nearby!
