One of the best hotels we have been to, location was great with only a 30 min bus journey to Rhodes Old Town and the staff we're so helpful and friendly. The food was good, wine was even better, you could literally stay at the hotel and not go anywhere!

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very happy to let me leave bags there all day on the day of my departure and even let me use their shower facilities after I’d checked out.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

Alex Marshall and all the staff provided state of the art breakfasts and overall service. Wonderful place for a holiday even out of season . A quiet safe area yet fairly close to all the museums in the old city. Five stars. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and clean. superb choice of reading and many guide books in several languages in the well stocked library /lobby . We spent a happy week there late March - early April 2017.

We usually stay with friends when visiting Rhodes town but they were double booked so we had to look elsewhere. Our flight was delayed but the reception was waiting for us. Very helpful and friendly staff. It would have been helpful if we had written directions. We got a taxi from the airport and the driver had never heard of Arthur Suites. ‘Take a taxi to Kolona Gate, enter the Old Town, turn left, walk 100 metres and the hotel in on your right in a small square.’

I can't say it's the best hotel in its price range in rhodes town as I haven't tried any others But I frequently visit rhodes often before or after other islands as I use rhodes airport So may stay is mostly for one or 2 nights But this hotel is my choice every time as I am always satisfied. There was a huge storm while we were there and water kept creeping in through the balcony. The staff were very helpful and provided extra towels. Breakfast was decent and simple. Plenty of vegetarian options. Not so much for vegans though

what a lovely hotel resort! We absolutely loved our stay here. The site of the hotel could not be bettered, around the corner from the trendy bars and shops, a two minute walk to the harbour and five minutes to the old town, perfect location.
