"This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me. "

"Was our 5th time at this hotel. Cleaniness was great as normal however it wasn't the same as previous visits. The breakfast was not up to standard and the hotel itself was less friendly than previous. Lots of issues getting a place at the pool as people were allowed to reserve chairs before the pool even opened then not use the chairs or seats until the sun was out way later in the afternoon and as we are a family it was quite difficult and made no sense. The fact that smoking and vaping are allowed pool side was strange"

The only negative would be that the rooms next door were quite noisy but I feel that was more the guests than the hotel. "

"Stayed for 5 nights as a solo traveller that booked a double room. When I got to the property I got put in a family room for 4 people in the old part of the building. The room didn’t look like what you see on the websites. Negatives: Noise from the hallway was so loud i constantly got woke up through night. Hotel room had a safe that needed a key which I had to pay 15 euros for, other rooms in the hotel had free electric safes in them. Clunky hotel room keys Buffet diner at night was hit and miss Positives: Hotel swimming pool and beach are nice to lay out Activities on throughout the hotel all day/night Beach bar staff and drinks selection are class Food in the Italian Greek restaurant during the day is nice. Cheap shuttle bus to old/new town, and on site sightseeing trips are easy to book. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel there are loads of restaurants / bars in walking distance "
