Small very friendly boutique hotel. Nice rooms and excellent hospitality by the owner and all his family

I am so glad I found this accommodation, Sofia and family went out of their way to look after you. The property is finished to a high standard and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be returning 5 star all round Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable and thank you for your kindness x

I had a wonderful stay at Elaia-Fos. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were with my dietary requirements. Their attention to detail and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Elaia-Fos and would love...

I can't praise Utopia enough, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation, perfect location and a wonderful breakfast. But the best thing about our stay that made it special was Effie and Yiannis, what absolute perfect hosts they are. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian husband that doesn't like cheese! It was also my husbands birthday while we were there and they decorated our apartment with balloons, hats etc and put a lovely...

Beautiful renovated building in Old Town Rhodes, extremely welcoming and helpful proprietor, quiet area but walkable to restaurant.

Gorgeous quiet boutique Hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautifully designed.

Alex Marshall and all the staff provided state of the art breakfasts and overall service. Wonderful place for a holiday even out of season . A quiet safe area yet fairly close to all the museums in the old city. Five stars. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and clean. superb choice of reading and many guide books in several languages in the well stocked library /lobby . We spent a happy week there late March - early April 2017.

Room was really clean and tidy. We were lucky enough to have a room with a private pool and it was excellent. The self check in process was easy to navigate with someone being reachable quickly via what’s app. Would love to stay again.

Breakfast spread was very comprehensive there were bars, restaurants and supermarkets all in easy walking distance

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

Lovely personal attention, fantastic location, breakfasts that last all day - all was wonderful.

Very modern and elegant room design with excellent amenities. Loved the fluffy towels, changed daily, the bathrobes and slippers, and the luxurious branded toiletries. Breakfast options were also excellent, fresh and of generous portions

Our flight was delayed but the reception was waiting for us. Very helpful and friendly staff. It would have been helpful if we had written directions. We got a taxi from the airport and the driver had never heard of Arthur Suites. ‘Take a taxi to Kolona Gate, enter the Old Town, turn left, walk 100 metres and the hotel in on your right in a small square.’

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very happy to let me leave bags there all day on the day of my departure and even let me use their shower facilities after I’d checked out.

Everything was good the staff were very helpful breakfast was good and the hotel was kept clean.

This cosy apartment is located right in the heart of Rhodes town, making it easy to explore everything on foot! It’s bright and tidy, with plenty of beds, a fully equipped kitchen to whip up family meals, and a laundry washer and dishwasher for added convenience. It’s the perfect spot for families with kids truly a home away from home! for added convenience. It’s the perfect spot for families with kids-truly a home away from home.

Absolutely stunning views over Pefkos and Lardos bay. Everything you need very close by. Rooms cleaned every day, excellent service, good food. Very clean and well maintained property. Highly recommend, we will be returning.

We usually stay with friends when visiting Rhodes town but they were double booked so we had to look elsewhere. Came across this studio hotel on Expedia as the others our friends knew of were already fully booked. The pictures on the website perfectly reflect this well renovated classical building. We could have stayed at the Sheraton down the west coast towards the airport for the same price but would have missed out on this little gem of truely Greek hospitality. We were able to invite our...

We needed a room at late notice after our ferry to Karpathos was cancelled at the last minute. The room was fantastic. Large with a jacuzzi, amazing shower and excellent amenities. The hotel was in the middle of the old town and very old and picturesque.
