All the staff that worked during the day and night at the reception desk were all very professional, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The staff that were working during the breakfast service were all professional, friendly, attentive and very quick to replenish everything. I highly recommend the Santa Maria City Hotel on the Island Of Rhodes, Greece. I definitely will stay here again in the near future.

I highly recommend staying at the Santa Maria City Hotel on the Island of Rhodes. All the staff on the reception team were all very professional, attentive and friendly. The staff that were working during the breakfast service were all very professional, friendly, attentive and very fast to replenish all items. I definitely will stay here at this hotel in the near future'. The hotel is centrally located to everything also. Lastly you won’t be disappointed.

Great location and breakfast was certainly an added bonus.The staff are what makebthis place as they are helpful beyond belief. I did have some issues with airconditioning as unit struggled to keep room cool. The rooms have nice balcony to sit on as well. This is a 20 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to casion and beach

Lovely hotel, good value.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to another Island. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was also big with a great shower. Unfortunately our balcony ( room 401) was only half the size of all the other rooms. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Maria City hotel. The staff at the hotel were always welcoming and friendly throughout my stay, especially the two ladies at reception. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice varied selection which was different every day. If you are staying in the front it can sometimes be a bit noisy due to the bar down the road, but not every night, and not usually too late. The hotel is in a perfect location. Beach few minutes away, restaurants and shops everywhere nearby and easily walkable to the Old Town and harbour and other places of interest. I would definitely stay here again.
