    I chosed the Riviera Hotel because it is rated 4 stars, with a location on the seashore. We waited for this vacation after a very strenuous and tiring year. My wife's expectation and my were very high. Accordingly, the disappointment was very deep: In the dining room the breakfast served was so poor that we went out to eat, In the shower, hot water arrived after we asked for the front desk, TV, only two channels, one of them BBC. In signing the "Hotels.com" contract, we have confirmed that there is no refund ( my mistake!) However, we checked out, and we went to the neighbor Grand Hotel, Rhodes is wonderful, and we had a great vacation. We will recommend the Grand Hotel at every opportunity Hope "Hotels.com" finds the right way to respond and make up for the unpleasantness caused to my wife and me …

    The hotel was superb. The staff is particularly attentive and helpful and even picks you up at the old city gates to bring you into the mazelike centre. Given that the world is dealing with the pandemic, the manager, Marius, had everything under control with all health precautions in place. We felt safe and comfortable the whole week and the facilities were first-rate. We would definitely stay again.…
