"Very disappointing experience – not a real all incuksive and you will pay extra for water and to use the a la cart restaurants to"

"Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms, wonderful staff, great pool, and tons of choices for breakfast"

"Great stay, breakfast was amazing"

"Staff were amazing, food was good. Only thing was that we didn’t realise was that you had to bring your own towels which I’ve never seen before at a 5* hotel. They do sell them at the shop on site for 12.50!"

"Beautiful rooms, incredible service, including service around the pool, cocktails were amazing and food was delicious. Excellent pools, plenty of beds available and a beautiful little beach."

"Beautiful traditional style hotel with the most lovely staff - we had a sea view room (recommended) - no balcony but that was fine. The breakfast was consistently very good quality and varied enough to have something different each day. Pool area was clean with comfy beds and a few steps away from the pebble beach for a swim in sea. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone considering a stay in a building with character and lovely friendly staff. Thank you."

"Comfortable place to stay while within walking distance to the old city and the city center, plus the acropolis."

"Beautiful place to stay, reception staff very helpful"

"Our second time at Alila and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!!!"

"Excellent hotel and staff are amazing! Good was surprisingly great also, the only negative is there is not any tea or coffee making facilities in the room"

"The staff are excellent and the manager was very responsive and extremely proactive. It has an excellent atmosphere and is in a very good location. Cant wait to come back again."

"Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault the room, the view, the pools, the restaurants and food and kind helpful staff. My stay was so lovely and I would definitely go back."
