"I had booked a 3 night stay as it was my daughter's graduation and i wanted it to be a special memorable time. Everything was grand the first night but on arrival back to the hotel on our second day our room hadn't been serviced, i reported this to reception and was told it would be sorted.we were heading out for our graduation dinner. The room was still unservicd when we got back. We just got into bed and said no more about it. The next day, we again went out and on our return the room wasn't...

"When i arrived i was directed to a self service terminal where i was asked to insert all my personal details on a large screen visible to several people stood around me. I also had to use the terminal to check out and had to wait over 10 minutes because of the queue. Then it took over 5 minutes to process the check our. Just get a box on reception you can drop your key card in like other hotels do."

"The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay."
