Convenient for beaches, harbour and other restaurants (but quite steep climb if not of average fitness) Room gets hot overnight (? Because of the fridge in the room) and there is no air conditioning. Nonetheless, I would go again."

"I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week.The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't...

Spa facilities, although small were perfect for us after a very long walk. Great food, dinner and breakfast were both of excellent quality and very tasty. "Well run small guest house and I had a clean and comfortable room with excellent facilities. Proprietors were very friendly and informative about the area. A well prepared breakfast was offered with a good choice of options. Property is wishing walking distance of the sea and town with easy parking on the road. "

"Great place to stay the night before our Seal Sanctuary Experience around the corner in Gweek. Lovely clean and bright bedroom. Delicious evening meal in the pub. Also very tasty breakfast in the morning, very friendly lady served us and was very flexible about the time we needed to have our breakfast. "

"Staff, bedroom and location spot on. Team were warm and welcoming and room and en-suite clean and spacious, we had a harbour view and was lovely to wake up and see the sea! The bar was great and full of locals and fab to have a live band too! The only negative for us was the dining area needed a refurb"

"Liked the style and comfort of the old house. Exceptionally good breakfast. Pleasant welcome. Convenient for Minack Theatre and other local attractions. One thing to be aware is that bedroom 1 is not en suite, although the separate bathroom is super."

"The apartment is lovely; immaculate, fully equipped and so homely. The hosts provided lovely touches that helped us feel welcome. Our 4 and 8 year old settled and adopted their room immediately. We all enjoyed the apartment, a great base for exploring the local area. We’ll be back! "
