The hotel is of a very good standard and located in a large resort/leisure complex on the outskirts of Gothenburg. Facilities are impressive but our room did not have an outside view - it looked out over the bar in the atrium. I thought the room was very nice although my wife found the bed ...
This hotel is at the first stop of the Flygbussarna airport bus and it is next to a major bus exchange, giving access to much of Gothenburg. It lies close to the amusement park and across the street from the science museum. The hotel comprises three tall towers that are served by modern, fast elevators. ...
The hotel had an old world charm but in a modern way. The included breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for catching the city tram or buses. Must get the transportation pass. Our room was quite.
Clean, modern hotel. Services were good and efficient. No swimming pool, just hot tubs. Paid parking everywhere.
Reception was spacious and welcoming and staff were very helpful. Food and facilities were great and the room was quiet and spotless with a comfy bed and a lovely bath. Tea/coffee making facilities were a real plus. Leisure area was free and had everything you need altho pool was a bit small. However ...

Hotel was conveniently located near tram and train stations. Some tourist attractions are within walking distance. Room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, recommended places to eat and see, helped with taxi bookings etc.
Ideal location! Beautiful hotel! Did not get Togo in the pool because only the penthouse occupies it. But the suite I was in had floor to ceiling glass walls and a great view!
It's okay worth the money... I could still consider it next time if I go to Gothenburg city. It's very convenient anyway: you can take an airport shuttle to the hotel directly--the last stop of the bus and it'd only take over twenty minutes or so. And very convenient too for shopping.
Tourism in Gothenburg is booming, and the city is now home to a great range of stylish four-star accommodation. Book spacious rooms in four-star hotels overlooking the canal or stay in neoclassical-style properties from the turn of the century. You can choose between glamorous central venues in the heart of the city or relax in Gothenburg’s charming suburbs.
Several of Gothenburg’s four-star accommodation options are located next to the river, where you will also find the Maritima Museum and the opera house. There are also four-star hotels further west along the river, close to the beautiful scenery of Sweden’s west coast. Here you can enjoy boat trips between the islands of the Gothenburg Archipelago, visiting Vrångö’s nature reserve – a birdwatching hotspot – and the quaint cafes and tiny hamlets of Styrsö.
If you choose a hotel near Gothenburg’s coastline, put aside plenty of time to explore the area’s hiking routes and beaches. Askimsbadet Beach is a particularly popular spot, perfect for beach games and swimming.
The city’s burgeoning arts scene has its hub in the city centre, where many of Gothenburg’s four-star hotels and apartments are located. The Stora Teatern on Avenyn hosts international performances, while Stadsteatern, Lorensbergsteatern and Folkteatern show more traditional Swedish plays and dances. The Gothenburg Opera House, a stunning angular building on the banks of the river, shows a diverse programme of musicals, operas and plays throughout the year.
To experience a different side of Gothenburg’s arts scene, book your four-star hotel stay during the annual Film Festival in January. The programme usually includes a selection of Swedish and world cinema titles. The city’s other big celebration is the Gothenburg Culture Festival. This week-long event, which takes place in August, sees dancers, actors and singers spill out onto the streets.
Gothenburg has transformed itself from a post-industrial city to a buzzing modern metropolis. Book your four-star accommodation in Gothenburg and discover its thriving arts scene, its lively nightlife and the spectacular natural landscapes on its doorstep.
