Staff doesnt care about you. Check in took nearly ten minutes. She said hotels.com didnot send our info so she enters every data manually. Although i booked same type 2 room, she gave us a wrong type smaller room. Later on we asked for change and accepted. I also had reservation for 2 more nights via booking but it was worse. Other guests from other channels such as booking or hotels.com are not wellcome at this hotel. This şs obvious. Next day during check in they gave the available rooms to their customers although we have arrived before them

Man får vad man betalar för. Sjyst prissättning för ett rum som har allt man kan önska i en trivsam miljö. Man får inte det lilla extra, men man blir inte besviken heller. Ett prisvärd boende mitt i staden, nära shopping, kollektivtrafik och nöjesliv. Inredningen är modern och praktisk och i hotellet finns allt man behöver för att trivas som gäst. Ett bra val helt enkelt.
