"We booked a room with two extra beds for our two kids. The room had a street view. First of all, there is no ventilation what so ever in the room, so the room was really hot. To reduce the temperature, the window needs to be opened against the very heavily trafficked street ( including the tram) ..."

"Overall the hotel was comfortable and service was good. The breakfast Buffett was excellent. There was a problem with our off-site parking, but the staff quickly corrected it. The hotel is older, so there were some unpleasant orders in the hallways and elevators."
