Overall good experience. Asked for a quiet room upon arrival and got a very quiet one. The room temp is high, if you like it extra warm this is the place for you. Central location, close to everything you could possibly need

Great location directly across from train station. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Room was small and hotel felt a bit run down. Think we will stay else where next time.

The staff was super and the breakfast was really good. Our main issue was air quality in our room. There was no way to remove humidity or get fresh air into the room. It was dank. Eventually we propped open the door to the room.

Not the first time at the hotel and a in general satisfied. This time I got a room with a noisy ventilator outside so couldn’t open the window. The breakfast is delicious. Would come back.

As good as always

Friendly service, a very nice room, plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds and a spa section as well. We can't ask for more. If any improvement could be made it would be to put some kind of anti slip mats or something down in the spa section, as the floor there is extremely slippery. Im sure we'll be back. This was our third stay at thos hotel for my daughter and I.

I had stayed at this hotel many times before and appreciated the location just off the central station. This time I had a twin room for the first time, and both mattresses consisted of two parts/cushions, which created a dip half way down. I have back problems so asked at reception. They said they would check the mattress, and it wasn’t changed so I guess it was deemed normal. I will unfortunately not be able to come back. A side note: the pool is closed until the end of the year.

Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was very good. Two issues: the bathroom floor was very, very slippery. I had to walk very gingerly for fear of falling. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Each time I sat down it would shift suddenly. Not. A fun experiance.

Great hotel

Great hotel, fab shower, the room for 4 was perfect for me and the kids (18 and 14) and breakfast was very good. Right in the city centre and easy to walk everywhere from the hotel with loads of good restaurants around
