"Comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of Paddington station and with many restaurants close by. It's a big chain hotel, so not really an individual type experience, but the staff were friendly and helpful and it suited what I needed. Biggest downside is the price, but then this is central London and nothing is cheap (or even remotely good value for money) here."

"Hotel was very nice. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless when we arrived, and they kept it that way each day, always having it completed by the time we asked for. Room was a good size, and had a mini-fridge they kept stocked with bottled water. They gave us cookies and tea/coffee each day - a nice little treat at the end of a long day walking around London. Good neighborhood, pubs and grocer and restaurants within walking distance. Park nearby, as well....
