"No one available to help at check in. Travelling with a toddler, we were placed in the room closest to their function hall - which blared music well past 2am. No staff available to help with noise control. The next morning from 6:30am all the speakers outside every bedroom started playing rock music at full volume waking the entire hotel up. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me."
