"This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than...

"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."
