My flying time was early morning so I need to get a taxi get to the airport. I don't speak chinese at all so she asked taxi driver about fares and how to get a receipt for me. More than 30mins, She was with me in cold weather and helped me. I really appreciate that. The staff name may be "Mister" as I remember. This was my first time in China and had no idea what to expect. This hotel was a great stay. Great room, good price, helpful front desk. Only thing I didn't like was this hotel is in an industrial park on the other side of a large bay from Suzhou city. This was fine for me as I was attending a conference in the industrial park, but it was a little out of the way for sightseeing in Suzhou. However, taxis are so cheap that it still was only about $5 US to get to and from the hotel to suzhou city.
