The Hotel it is not fare from the Airport and the center , Hotel is clean and they clean and change bed sheets regularly, the staff they are incredibly helpful and friendly, Manger Mathew he’s very professional and helpful and so is the staff especially Elize I talked to them daily during my wife 10 Days staying in the hotel. "Very spacious studio, great location, comfortable bed, good shower and good staff. Some things need to be addressed... smell coming from the drainage in bathroom, my room was a bit hot at daytime and fan was unavailable, lacking some basic amenities that an apartment should have such as glass cups for 2, wine glasses for 2, mugs for 2, kitchen towel. I'll return when things improve."

Met the manager and three other individuals coming out of the room, said they were inspecting the room to ensure that everything was good. 1) Waterfall shower head was broken, and water only leaked from around the edge of the shower head. 2) Water leaked from under the shower out into the bathroom. 3) One Towel for two guests and after repeatedly calling the front desk and housekeeping they never provided another towel until the second day after I...

"On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer service this was resolved and off course they had my reservation. They refused to take me to the airport even though the listing said they had an airport shuttle, reason why I booked them,. Rooms are...
