Alisa was very helpful giving us suggestions to places and restaurants, making sure that we had everything we needed. Shiuli, at the restaurant, went beyond the extra mile to serve us always with a genuine smile. All personnel were very nice. Congratulations to the management and all the staff."

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"The Zone Connect by Park has a very good and convenient location in Calangute; easy to access yet away from the madning crowd with lush green surroundings. The hotel seems to be recently taken over by The Park group; so needs some sprucing up, specially the interiors of the rooms. The Hotel team was very efficient and courteous and services are good. Did not experience any F&B so cannot comment on it. Overall a Value for Money Hotel."

"This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "

"I think it’s first important to note that this is not a 4 Star hotel like Expedia advertises. I think this is at the fault of Expedia, and they should do better work of providing hotel ratings. This would be a 3 at best in my opinion, maybe less. However, I’m giving this 4/5 overall rating because this was a decent place for the price. I do not recommend paying 4* prices for this place. "Spot on. Loved the staff at the pool bar. Had to ask them to clean my room 1 day but it would have not been an issue if they didn’t do. Kept room on for 2 more nights. No complaints "

"Centrally located in calungute. Easy access to nearby areas Scooty and cars are available right outside the gate from Rs 400-2500 per day depending on the vechle. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony."
