"It was great, except our last night we went to the desk to ask if teabags are included in the room as is standard. Because tea is $7. These are the Wednesday night desk staff. She said yes you should have teabags in the room. We got up, no teabags. We called desk explained the situation again, she said shell send teabags. One hour later no teabags. I called again explained the situation again was told shed put me on hold while she calles the kitchen. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I had to...

"The staff is A+++++ The hotel is gorgeous. Clean. Comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. My daughter and I felt so comfortable from the warm welcome upon arrival at the valet to the warm send off when we left. The courtesy car is such a lovely bonus. Please tip those guys well. They are super friendly! Our dining experience in the bar lounge was lovely. Again A+ service. My only recommendation is to have the staff on the phone as exceptional as the staff on site. "

"The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. "The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I believe the ceilings were 12 feet, which made it feel very open. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror somewhere as the bedroom did not have a dresser or mirror. The bathroom shower was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the access to the building I was in was lengthy. Communication with the stay was excellent."
