"Free shuttle to airport. We stayed the night of our arrival from the US and the night before our departure returning to the US. Allow 3 hours to check luggage and go through customs and security. After we found our gate we also had to take a train to a different terminal to board aircraft. "

"Spacious room but note air conditioning does not work. Was cool at might so able to open a window but would not like to stay here in the summer. Location wise it is perfect, feels a little unsafe at night but daytime is ideal for all the main locations. Hop on hop off bus stop is just around the corner nd the main train station 2 minutes away with connections direct to the airport. Shame the hotel does not have its own bar or restaurant so have to go out in the evening to eat, even if very tired...

The hotel is centrally located near the bus and train station, where you can also access shopping and restaurants/cafes at Termini Station. Nearby there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. "Enjoyed our stay! Room was not ready when we arrived but we were upgraded because of delay. Room was nice and airy. Neighborhood is safe and welcoming. Gelato steps from hotel. Wonderful restaurants within minutes. About a 30-40 minute easy walk to main landmarks. Would definitely stay here again. Far from the tourists but close enough for comfort."

"My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay. The front desk staff spoke English and were very friendly and knowledgeable. We used their shuttle service from the airport and both to and from the Vatican and Trastevere. We did not go to the outdoor pool, but went to the indoor spa every day.
