"The room was very very small but very clean. There was a small buffet breakfast available at extra cost which had a small range of options available. The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel. "

"Great atmosphere and nice style of hotel. Relaxed feel with a good breakfast offering. Shame about the fire alarm at 5am but things happen. Bottled water and Tea / coffee facilities in the room would make this a 5 star review."

"Just a very short walk from both Lille Europe (Eurostar) train station, and Lille Flanders (regional); station this hotel is ideally situated for stays in Lille and/or as a hub for days out elsewhere. The hotel itself is clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms, whilst not the largest are more than adequate. The hotel is physically linked to the Westfield Eurolille shopping mall which is very convenient."

"Nice room and clean. However I was charged twice...once at arrival and again at check out, despite my insistence that I had already paid and evidence I showed. They blamed it on Hotels.com (Expedia) so be very careful if you book through here."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in France. Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. Its just a nice, brand new, clean, and modern hotel with a good hot breakfast option, small but very well designed rooms. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Lille again."

"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing. Lots of money spent on decor, but at a cost to the quality of the...

"Excellent location for a football match goer and only 10 min walk from metro. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. "

"Great location for stopover when using Lille Europe or Lille Flanders, very easy walk from both. Welcoming, comfortable and the room we had gave a great view of the St Maurice church tower from the bed and the bathroom!"

"Family room was large and clean, plenty of fresh towels.. Used as as a mid journey stop. Aware that these budget hotels can be hit or miss..I would stay here again. Secure parking with hotel access €8 per night. Overall really pleased with our brief stay.."
