"Pretty good. The buffet food breakfast was good but some items cold same thing both days. One of waffle makers wouldn’t flip employee opened it and said she’d be right back and didn’t. The next day same thing but on right instead of left side. The pool was cloudy the last step getting into pool snd hot tub are an accident waiting to happen. I have bad knees and they are way too deep. Rooms clean most staff friendly. "

"The staff were very kind. The area can be sketchy at moments but in the evenings the they have door men that make you feel very safe. They kept things tidy and often checked in on me. Loved my stay"

"Front desk was not knowledgeable about rooms and was not willing to change room due to freeway noise. No check-in info on how to use room air conditioningg/heat Room charge for food and incidentals were extra and confusing and we were billed for items twice."

"Minimal parking. Had to circle the lot several times. My room was in the 2nd floor close to the balcony and elevator which was a little noisy. "

"The 2 bedroom unit was great for our large family. Usually we need 2 separate rooms. I would have rated all “excellent” however, it would have been nice to know at check in that we needed to request our room to be made up the day before. When we asked why our room wasn’t made up the girl at the front desk told us we had to ask the day before, and she appeared bothered that we even asked. It would also be nice to have a note in the hotel info that the pool and hot tub were only open seasonally....

"Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport located at 2601 Yale Blvd. SE is a wonderful hotel, clean, quiet, safe and conveniently located (near the Sunport Airport) and freeway, with quite a number of places to eat nearby. It’s relatively new and has a lot of parking, above and underground. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The other hotels nearby are conveniently located - but they’re starting to show their age and they’re not being taken care of properly. I travel...
