Overnight stay. It was what was expected. Recommend.

Carlos, was very accommodating. The full size beds are sleep number beds and not comfortable for two people. Pillows are lumpy. Hotel needs to be updated. But has the potential of being a nice hotel.

Very comfy matress and bedding, but thin walls. Friendly staff, fresh coffee 24/7

Our stay was more than satisfactory! We enjoyed the quality of the room, staff and amenities at MCM Elegante. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Because I travel so often for work, what I'm finding very disappointing with mid-range hotel rooms is the lack of comfort due either to rowdy guest or stuffiness of the room. This particular hotel clearly uses bleach to improve cleaning of bed sheets, towels, and likely surfaces. Five minutes in the room and I had to open all the windows and blast the AC (late summer in very hot dessert) just to make the air breathable. But even though I left the windows open the entire time I was in the room, the chlorine scent was so overpowering I couldn't even sleep on the bed. I had to sleep on the cheap, tiny couch right next to the window to be able to breathe reasonably clean air. The chemicals in the air (again, you could detect chlorine very easily) were so concentrated they burned my eyes and stung my throat so I was sniffling and coughing all night. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I have no idea how this hotel earned a 4+ star rating with an "excellent" guest rating. Even without the chlorine issue I'd characterize it as average.

Only stayed 1 night as we where heading to Taos for a wedding. Nice hotel with restaurant with good food. Included free hot breakfast. Entire staff was pleasant and helpful.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every day of it. The hotel foyer is welcoming, the room we had was very comfortable and visually pleasing. The house keeping service was excellent. My only negative would be that the frontline/reception staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. We were in a Club Room which meant we had access to their club lounge for complimentary nibbles and beverages from 5.00pm. You could also get bottled water, coke, juices throughout the day from this lounge. Upon our arrival and check in I asked the staff about the lounge and nobody knew, we did eventually find out ourselves and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to utilise this facility. We had a lady, Diane, who was fantastic. Quickly cleared tables and surfaces and very helpful. The breakfast provided was also excellent. The lady who worked that shift not so good though. Dirty dishes on tables not cleared and more than once we had to move them ourselves from our table and would still be there when we finished. We used the gym facilities which we liked even though small adequate for a comfortable workout. Pool facilities were good also. We checked out feeling we would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time there.
