"Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Did not have any meals so can’t comment on those. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Only criticism is that the room was too warm for our liking even with the heating off."

"The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. "Great Hotel, Great Staff..."

"We were in Swansea for 1 day so it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small bar but the taps were not working. We were able to get an Uber into the city centre (about a 5-8 minute drive). There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. There is a McDonalds next door but that is about all you can walk to, its sort of an industrial area along the motorway. It was fine for our purpose (football match) but if I was staying longer Id likely get something closer to the city with more amenities."

"Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast."
