Amazing stay beautiful room food and lovely staff

Lovely new modern decor, spotlessly tidy room and bathroom, great location, really quiet at night, yummy breakfast, really really friendly helpful staff, only problem was we could only get one night as they were booked!

Had a lovely stay in the loft! The views were fantastic, and the location was amazing—perfectly situated with easy access to other areas. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I would really recommend this hotel if you are a dog owner wanting to bring them with you, or if you are looking for a hotel in a lovely location just away from the main bustle of Falmouth. Our room was lovely and spacious, there is an enclosed garden for dogs to run around with, dogs are welcome at mealtimes - perfect. There is also an access point to the SW coastal path about a 10 minute walk away, and two dog friendly beaches (no restrictions) within either 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive...

Superb grounds, and views over to St Ives and the sea.worthy of stately home gardens. Fabulous building, great food and comfortable room if tired, single glazed, blinds broken and hot water system not up to standard. If sorted it could be 5*. Very steep walk to the beech and town

Great little find. Nothing really local in terms of walking distance, but well equipped rooms with double glazing, heating and air con, comfy beds and friendly service. Fantastic food that locals travel specifically for - would stay again if in the area.

The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.

It was mine and my partner first time to st.ives and carbis bay. All I can say is wow.....that place is magical , clear waters golden sands , the views are spectacular. The people nothing but warm and welcoming. The stay at uno carbis bay was mega , I want to say a massive thank you to the owners with there apartments etc the room was beautiful, everything we needed and more and made our break even that little bit more special . This hotel is absolutely spotless John,Lorrena and the staff are amazing,this friendly hotel is a secret I will not keep there is nothing that is too much trouble.We had a lovely weekend and the chef cooked us a lovely dinner.We will be back soon

We have visited Penzance on many day trips during summer months and often thought it may be nice to visit 'out of season'. Additionally we have always felt that The Dolphin looks a nice place to stay, with an excellent location by the harbour. We travelled down on the overnight train from Paddington (an experience in itself), and was not disappointed with our choice of The Dolphin to stay. The weather was kind to us, and we had three lovely days in and around Penzance.

This was one night stay before an early ferry crossing and it was just the ticket. Small twin room with everything we needed for a great nights sleep. Nice people who were helpful and friendly.
