"Irene tried to make our stay memorable and she did. She is very helpful. She also send you a map which is more important than you realize. Inside the castle walls is a maze of streets. It is important to listen to her instructions and take the map. It is easy at first to get lost, once you walk around, you know the lay of the land. GPS does not always work inside the walls. "The best thing about the hotel is the people: Pedros, Zoe, Rula, Mika and Marius were fantastic! They knew everyone's names and provided excellent service while remaining down to earth and approachable. "Great hotel, pool fab and lots of sun beds around the pool. Bar food great. Basic breakfast but fine. Minimum staff but they are very helpful and efficient. Only annoying thing is the bedsheets….they don’t fit the beds well and pull away exposing the mattress…admittedly I move around a lot ! So this may not have helped. Air con great. Efficient and quiet… Would definitely return. "

"Great place to stay, clean and well presented rooms. Desk staff friendly and helpful staying awake for my late arrival which was highly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Faliraki and would gladly stay there again. Lovely cooked food (large dishes) The maids did not clean up our coffee cups in the apartment which was annoying. Nice bar but could do with a bit more varied entertainment. Greek night was fun, could do with more nights like this. On a main road so really need a car to get about. Nice village nearby. Lovely clean pool and bar area. Overall very nice."
