, limited choices, poor housekeeping, in our 10 day stay, our sheets were changed once, the room was not cleaned at all. The pool dirty/cloudy and constantly full of bugs, and was generally in bad condition with broken lights, tiles (with sharp edges) and plagued with ants. Drinks were the usually cheap

"Great hotel in very good condition and lots to do as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after by all staff. Our neurodiverse child didn’t eat anything from what was on offer during our stay but we had planned for this and brought safe foods from home. The water park was a highlight and swim up room was a fantastic option. We went at the end of April when the hotel had just opened for the season and it was relatively quiet which made for a pleasant stay."
