"We booked a family room,the sofa bed was made up for us on our arrival which was great but it was so uncomfortable. It would make more sense for family rooms to have 2 proper beds in. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but i would like to mention how fantastic Melissa was, she got milk for my toddlers bottles and even rinsed the bottles afterwards so we didnt have stake milk in the bottles all day. She went above and beyond and absolutely made the stay."

We arrived tea time friday and the pub was busy . Myself and my partner and anotuer family had to wait a good 15 / 20 mins before anybody came to check us in "

Arriving very early, I was warmly greeted at Reception and, as my room was not ready, I was offered the use of the facilities and somewhere to store my luggage.
