"Great stopover in a hotel that was a bit like the TARDIS. You can see the investment in the public rooms and the breakfast buffet area. Service was excellent and there were plenty of friendly, local staff. Check in was led by the tech and on par with upmarket city hotels."

Loved having the train station, bus stop and restaurants steps from the front door - perfect location for us. We used the Lounge every night after our walk back from dinner. "

Would have expected a mini fridge and bathrobes, but my problem as I did not check beforehand. situated at the back and side of the hotel, no view, shame as the hotel is in a lovely place. Very warm in the room and windows only slightly open, no fan or air conditioning. Overall a lovely stay though"
