Upon arrival, no room in car park, several cars parked so badly that it stopped further guests parking. Reception staff helpful at check in but crowded in small reception as several guest checking in so not able to keep to distancing and no members of staff where directing new guests to wait somewhere else’s or ask them to wait outside. Rooms very small and old very tired. Cupboard door did not open to put suitcase in as the bed was in the way. Did not feel very clean as there was several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Restaurant for evening meals. Staff helpful and attentive but issues with face masks not been worn correctly. Tables too close together. Condiments in bottles passed round tables. At breakfast tea coffee served on the table with waiting staff picking up your cup and handing it back to you. Really better to leave a pot on table so guests can serve themselves. Food and breakfast very good. Nice to be able to sit in garden to have a drink pre or after dinner.
