"Rooms were ok, floorboards were uneven and squeaky, can hear upstairs moving around and talking in some places. The carpet didn’t looked like it had been vacuumed in the room and there was a dirty spoon left next to the cups. My son loved the swimming pool although we had to ask for it to be opened each morning as it was never opened for 8:30."

"I really enjoyed my stay here!! The celebrity theme in the hotel is fun & the bar is open 24 hours with a pool table. There's also a garden and Bournemouth Pier is very close. Staff were lovely. Being woken up by room service is something all hotels do and it got me up to enjoy my holiday. "

"What’s not to like. I needed an inexpensive place to stay for business. The road to the lodge is up a small country lane. You pass the lodge on your left in front of you and park up there if can. You check in at the health club which is about 100 metres up the road. Staff are very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was not what I expected as it’s part of the old lodge so lots of windows! But black out blinds worked well! but was really spacious and the bathroom. Was very new and clean....

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. The lift is very small so very hard to get a pram and two people inside let alone a suitcase too. 4. In...
