The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. "Hotel was generally pretty clean but it felt unloved in certain areas . Great parking and a great location . Easy walk to Cardiff Bay and into the centre of Cardiff . Breakfast was good although it could have been a bit warmer ."

"Stopped 2 nights,room was tidy and clean, parking was right outside the room plenty of parking available, we were little bit early for booking in the young man on reception came out to meet us and couldn't do enough for us to settle in, Breakfast was really good plenty of choice, and I must say the pretty young lady that was on duty in the restaurant was very helpful and cooked a lovely English breakfast, sincerely hope things get better for you in the future."
