"This is a great location and concept! No more space than needed, but very thoughtful with use of space and amenities. The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. "

The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run. The hotel was very clean and the room had a beautiful view to the city. "

"Walkable from nearest train station and convenient to stay for early morning flight. Hotel runs a direct shuttle bus to the main terminals, which we caught. A queue forms in the reception area for the shuttle, we queued up 15 minutes before departure, though it is first come, first serve. The dinosaurs and robot on the front desk were fun. My daughter loves dinosaurs, so it was a bonus. The room was fine for our one night stay."

"This hotel is so convenient especially when you’re on a transit or have an early flight. I really appreciate the free bus shuttle to the airport and the amazing free breakfast! The staff are so nice and friendly too. There are two convenience stores nearby as well. Will definitely book here again and will highly recommend. "

"Very close to the train lines. Lots of food options and close to many shops. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Kamakura and Enoshima as it’s a good midway point, direct train lines to both locations. Also easily accessible to Haneda airport with 1 transfer. We did not try their breakfast. "

"Staff was very helpful and respectful. The room was small, typical of a Japanese hotel, but the room was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was great! Had breakfast at the main hotel (buffet) and it was great! It’s only a stop or 2 (train) from HANEDA — but the main hotel has a shuttle which seems very popular based on the line. I Really enjoyed my stay. "
