"This property is so amazing and honestly has potential to fully push for more. I think they act like they know so every guest needs that special treatment all the time. They should know that other guests are from "Royal Service" background so never judge a book by the cover. I love it and i will definitely book again for front facing room on the 3rd floor. "I’ve stay at this hotel when it had the previous owners. Even know it’s in a middle of having a refurbishment the hotel was extremely clean and tidy, only one problem was the pillows being extremely thin. It was a really nice touch to have a kettle in the room but maybe have spoons instead of wooden sticks. But apart from that it’s all coming along nicely, i definitely prefer the key card instead of an actual key. Me and my partner will be back!"
