I booked a single, and the bed was much larger than a single (great!) but not quite as big as double. The room said it had a desk in it, but there isn't (just a note if anyone is expecting one to work on). The elevator rings/chimes quite loudly anytime anyone gets on/off on that floor which woke me up a few times, but other than that it was quiet. I slept very comfortably and had a perfectly...

"Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. "

"Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food "

"I gad a single room which had a queen aize bed and was spotless. There was minor noise pollution early morning but nothing terrible. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. The bar had a good selection of beer and the food was good."
