"I was expecting basic, no tea or coffee facilities, no hairdryer in the room (you can loan one from reception) but no toothbrush cup in the bathroom? One solitary towel? No wardrobe, just some coat hooks? Very sparse indeed. One the bright side, the fan was loud enough to double as a white noise machine! Everything was clean and new, which was a plus and the staff were very helpful. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Clean room with ensuite. Bed very comfortable, with only one pillow was included per person. USB socket for charging by bed, along with a double plug. Only downside was that the mirror was in the bathroom and the plug for the hair dryer the other side of the bed."

"This was a great find for us, the place on the whole was quiet and picturesque. Staff and service was excellent and we would overall stay again if we were in the area. The breakfast had all components that you could want/need from continental to a cooked breakfast. Hot drinks machine throughout the day included in your stay as well as a gym, huge free car park and free WiFi. The hotel is within walking distance of the little village and there are a good number of restaurants and pubs for food...

"This is the third time my partner and I have chosen to stay at the Market House. We like its convenient, central location, and clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Staff are always friendly and efficient, our check-in and check-out experiences have been seamless each time. The only disadvantage at the moment is the fact that the lift is under repair, which did not particularly inconvenience us, but could pose an issue for guests with mobility issues.
