"Friendly receptionist. The room that I got wasn't quite like the one in pictures. In general, it was clean, but quite small. The shower stall was especially tight. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the bed mattress was really thin and soggy. It was a really short walk from the station. Okay for 1 night. Won't recommend for a longer stay."

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. Thank goodness for eyeshades 😃. "

"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . "This property has some very good assets. It also has some issues that need to be resolved. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions. The rest of our stay seemed like a disaster because of it. I'm sorry it ended up like that, there was no need for it to go...
