"The room could’ve been cleaned more. I know it was newly renovated but the best thing the staff could’ve done is scrub the toilet bowl. There was filth in the water flush area in the drop tank (place where waste falls). The A/C unit was dirty, and my reservation didn’t get me a good view (got a very interior view of the main A/C exhaust vent. The buffet was good, albeit pricey, but I’m in Vegas so that’s what I expect. Compared to other Vegas resorts, Excalibur had A LOT more casino floor, and...

"Arrived at the parking by 2:45p to get in line just at 3:00pm to check in. Lines were already hefty by then. Entered self check in kiosk line, had issues and the screen displayed there would be a lobby ambassador there to help. We waited at least 5 mins until finally we decided to step over to ask one of the ladies helping the line to check people in, if we can get someone to help and we were advised they couldn’t do anything and to just get in line to get checked in by someone.
