"Our room was horrible hair all over in the bathroom.Cracked tile on the bathroom floor volume on the TV was low you could barely hear it and phone in the room didn’t work beeped like crazy.Couldn’t call front desk we were supposed to get our refund back I don’t see any confirmation of that being done"

"My side of the elevator the Green side smelled like sewage also my room. Sink was stopped up and no came to fix it. Reported it several times. All room needs a refrigerator and a microwave."
