"The hotel management allowed me to check-in early which helps. I also got assistance on bus and train schedules to La Glieze, a nearby village; and on to Ettelbruck. My room is located in a separate building, which was fine with me. However, the stairwell and hallway lighting is nil or very low. In addition, my room is not provided with an electronic card-key. Inserting a metal-plate key into the key-slot in darkness was a challenge. Besides this flaw, everything is acceptable to me...

"I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building. When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????"

I tried to cancel this booking and be refunded on 02 June 2020, and phoned lastminute.com.au 4 times overall to make this happen. I consider this property has stolen my money, as they could not provide a service or goods due to global conditions. "
